Before joining Rouse Resources, David spent seven years at Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International. He was responsible for executing recruitment projects ranging from senior management strategic hires to mass on-campus recruitment strategies and brings a rigorous and disciplined approach to executive search.
David has developed a successful record completing searches in the retail, financial services, real estate, entertainment, travel, consumer packaged goods, printing, manufacturing, advanced technology, pharmaceuticals and health care sectors.
Jennifer DeGraaf

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Recreation & Leisure Studies with a minor in Psychology from Brock University and minor in Physical Education from University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Rouse Resources in 2007, Jennifer gained valuable program management and leadership experience working with the City of Toronto, pioneering and rolling out specialized community programs.
Jennifer is responsible for managing and pipelining search project activities in alignment to critical timelines and milestones. Jennifer’s refined priority, time and project managment skills assists the firm in delivering exceptional leadership talent and customer satisfaction.
