Before joining Rouse Resources, David spent seven years at Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International. He was responsible for executing recruitment projects ranging from senior management strategic hires to mass on-campus recruitment strategies and brings a rigorous and disciplined approach to executive search.

Jennifer DeGraaf

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Recreation & Leisure Studies with a minor in Psychology from Brock University and a minor in Physical Education from the University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Rouse Resources, Jennifer gained valuable program management and leadership experience working with the City of Toronto, pioneering, and rolling out specialized community programs. Jennifer initially joined Rouse Resources as a Senior Consultant before transitioning into her current role, where she is responsible for managing office and search project pipeline activities in alignment with critical timelines and milestones. Her previous experience and refined priority, time, and project management skills ensure our search practice operates at an optimal performance level and delivers customer service excellence.

Jackson Rouse
Associate, Rouse Resources Inc.
Jackson is an Associate with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) from the Rowe School of Business, Dalhousie University. He is responsible for developing comprehensive research strategies to identify leadership talent at the CSuite, SVP, VP and Director levels.
Working closely with the consultant team, Jackson curates targeted talent pools, conducts initial phone screenings/resume reviews, and coordinates interview schedules. He maintains accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and prepares briefing materials to support consultants throughout the search lifecycle.
Known for his integrity, attention to detail and thoughtful communication, Jackson has a natural ability to build genuine and productive partnerships.
